Dr. Daniela Maslennikov,
MD is the
founder and President of DaniCon Pharma, LLC., a New York based company
which main focus is consulting and auditing sponsors, CROs and
Investigators in Good Clinical Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices
and Good Pharmacovigilance Practices and Drug safety and
Pharmacoligilance services - medical review, safety reports and
analysis.
Dr. Maslennikov has 22 years of
US and international experience in medical sciences, clinical practice,
pre-clinical research in academia and clinical research in
pharmaceuticals, drug development, post-marketing and Drug safety
surveillance in Global Pharmacovigilance. Throughout her career she was
the first foreign medical doctor to be admitted and graduated Master’s
Degree in Oriental Medicine in Kyung Hee University, Seoul. She was a
Director and owner of Medical Center for Rehabilitation, Sports medicine
and Acupuncture in Sofia, Bulgaria, where she was a Principal
Investigator for Beeline Pharma and Ciba-Geigy.
Dr. Maslennikov’s expertise and
extensive experience as a clinical researcher and drug safety officer
includes but is not limited to the areas of Oncology, CNS,
Cardiovascular system, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Hepatology and
Sports medicine.
Dr. Maslennikov spent a number of
years doing basic research, first as a research fellow in pre-clinical
research in Kyung Hee University, Seoul, South Korea and later as
Associate Professor in Kyung San University, California. She has done
clinical and medical research in New York for Parexel, and has worked on
medical review and drug safety for Pharm Ops, Katra Pharma and Shering
–Plough.
Dr. Maslennikov is an active
volunteer and member of the Association of Clinical Research
Professionals and was a Chair of Education&Programs for the NY
Metropolitan Chapter. Member of DIA and Society of Industry Leaders and
actively participating in venues, congresses, conferences, training
programs in USA and abroad.
Dr. Maslennikov speaks Bulgarian,
English, Russian, Korean and German languages and enjoys playing tennis,
water sports, art and travel.
